Viva la Margarita!

Drinking margaritas at the college favorite La Hacienda, Charleston

There is one thing you should definitely know about me. I love margaritas more than any other drink on earth (minus Coke of course). When I finished with my last final, I decided that if I am ever bedridden, I want an IV of margaritas. Straight to the bloodstream. So how am I celebrating this joyous combination of the end of college and the fake Mexican holiday? With margaritas (duh) and Mexican food. I grew up eating at El Ranchero in Marietta, where the rest of my family has been eating since my 40something aunt (now with her own kids) was in high school. The entire staff knows us by name and usually knows exactly what we’re going to order before we say anything.

Look! I’ve actually been to Mexico!
You might get a real post out of me soon since finals are officially over. Thank God. I will definitely need your suggestions in regards to my packing list for my month long globetrotting. While you wait, watch this episode of Three Sheets and learn about how they make tequila. You might as well know what’s the cause of your splitting headache tomorrow.

I wish I were a classy margarita lady! I'm so used to drinking beer, I can't seem to deal with wide containers. And that's what she said.
