Ever since I have lived in Charleston, I’ve always wanted to walk the Arthur Ravenel Junior Bridge. On Tuesday night, my roommates and I finally did it! This long on-ramp before you get to the main part of the bridge is the worst part.

Bethany is tired once we made it to the Mt. Pleasant side.

Late afternoon is the perfect time to walk over the bridge. Keep in mind that it is a total of 5 miles there and back and no taxis can pick you up in the middle, so make sure you are in enough shape to do it. Take your time and drink some water! You can get some great pictures from the bridge!

Camels & Chocolate has a good post on my lovely city and you can see the rest of my bridge pictures here.
